Dr. Mary Lou Skelton is a 1975 graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA. She has held licenses in Georgia, Texas, Colorado, and currently practices in New Mexico. Dr. Skelton also is a certified B.E.S.T. Elite Master, a physiotherapy expert using multiple modalities, and has studied extensively in the use of kinesio-taping for physical injuries and rehab. She is a certified Level 4 Essentrics instructor. Dr. Skelton enjoys teaching continuing education on the subject of alignment, structural balance and movement therapy. She strongly emphasizes the important role fascia plays in our everyday movement and structure - free the fascia and live life more freely.
Her treatment methods have evolved over the years to meet the changing needs of her patients. Due to the current health climate she is focusing on whole body health and treatments online. By learning her patients’ health goals, she offers treatment suggestions; personalized, gentle exercise courses; and nutritional guidance using online TeleHealth consultations and video or audio follow-ups. There are many amazing ways to achieve pain relief and continue improving body functions in a home and self-care setting.
